Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer rotor-type motor obtaining a slippage preventing structure in a shaft direction of a rotor without separately preparing a slippage preventing member.SOLUTION: The outer rotor-type motor includes: a base substrate 101 to which a shaft member 201 is fixed; a sleeve portion 301 into which the shaft member 201 is inserted inside and is rotatable to the shaft member 201; a step portion 301a arranged on an outer periphery of the sleeve portion 301; and a slippage preventing portion 102 formed by bending a part of the base substrate 101. The sleeve portion 301 does not slip out in the shaft direction from the shaft member 201 by making a tip portion 106 of the slippage preventing portion 102 to be in a position relation so that it is covered with the step portion 301a.
