Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoding display apparatus of a coded video signal which can specify a display position and display size of a sub-video precisely in a frame unit, and is flexible in a specifying method.SOLUTION: A decoding apparatus comprises: auxiliary information analysis means for analyzing auxiliary information including display auxiliary information about a display position and size of a sub-image and application time information to apply the display auxiliary information; a reference time counter for indicating reference time for decoding and displaying a video; comparison means for comparing the application time information with the reference time counter; display screen forming means for forming a display screen using a main video and the sub-video; and control means for controlling the display screen forming means.
