Article demand information associated with article demand quantities according to time is previously stored for each kind of the articles, and change in sale demand quantity according to the time is acquired with respect to an article of bulk buying for which the user applies(S14 and S15). Article demand information corresponding to the kind of the article of bulk buying is read out, and an end predicted period at which the bulk buying ends and a sale predicted quantity at the end predicted period are predicted with respect to the articles of bulk buying based upon the acquired change in article demand quantity and change in article demand quantity obtained from the article demand information (S17). The end predicted period and a predicted selling price corresponding to the sale predicted quantity are transmitted to a user's terminal (S18).
