PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic information processing device for preventing erroneous prediction of occurrence of a traffic event such as congestion even in a condition where the amount of data of collected probe information is small.SOLUTION: A center device 5 includes: setup means 20 for setting, as a link group, a road section including continuous plural links; acquisition means 21 for acquiring probe information for the road section that is set as the link group; calculation means 22 for calculating travel time or travel speed for each link included in the link group on the basis of the probe information; and correction means 23 for smoothing the travel time or travel speed for a certain object link by using travel time or travel speed for an adjacent link that is adjacent to at least the target link on the basis of setup information for the link group, thereby correcting the travel time or travel speed for each link calculated by the calculation means 22.
