POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance awareness of a dweller of a need to save energy by enabling the dweller to make a highly accurate comparison taking into consideration electric apparatus installed in a dwelling of the dweller when comparing an amount of electricity consumption thereof with the amount of the electricity consumption of another dwelling.SOLUTION: A power management system comprises: a plurality of dwelling side management devices 1; and an administrative server 2. Each dwelling side management device 1 comprises: an apparatus management section 31 to obtain apparatus configuration information, information on an apparatus configuration with electric apparatus 7 as components, in a corresponding dwelling 8 recognized by the device as an own dwelling; power information acquisition section 32 to acquire the information on an amount of power consumption of the own dwelling as power consumption information; and a display device 4. A selection section 221 of the administrative server 2 selects another dwelling 8 as a comparison object dwelling having at least partially the same components as those included in the apparatus configuration of the own dwelling using the apparatus configuration information. The display device 4 of each dwelling management device 1 displays the power consumption information of the own dwelling together with the power consumption information of the comparison object dwelling.
