Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-crystal display which can suppress generation of color unevenness due to deformation of a liquid-crystal panel.SOLUTION: A liquid-crystal display 1 includes a liquid-crystal panel 2 and a support frame 4 constructed to surround the edges of the liquid-crystal panel 2. A base part 41 of the support frame 4 has a support part 41b on which a lower edge 2a of the liquid-crystal panel 2 is placed, and the lower edge 2a of the liquid-crystal panel 2 is stuck on the top face of the support part 41b using adhesive tape 45.
