Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce ices by uniformly cooling an entire cooling cylinder even if a refrigerant having a temperature glide is used.SOLUTION: The auger type ice-making machine IM continuously produces ice chips by shaving off ices produced on the inner wall of the cooling cylinder 15 by the rotary blade 16 of an auger 14, and transferring them upward and compressing the shaved-off ices. The auger type ice-making machine includes a compressor 3, a condenser 4, an expansion valve 5, and an evaporation pipe 2, and is filled with a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture. The evaporation pipe 2 is spirally wound in a flattened state around the outer wall of the cooling cylinder 15. The flattening of the evaporation pipe 2 is set higher as it goes to the refrigerant outlet 2B of the evaporation pipe 2.
