Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively attenuate the vibration of blades and suppress the rise of cost in moving blades and a rotary machine.SOLUTION: This moving blade is configured so that base ends of blades 23 are supported on a rotor, and shrouds 24 are fixed to tips of the blades 23, respectively, and arranged side by side in the circumferential direction of the rotor so as to be annularly assembled in the state of contacting with each other. The shroud 24 is provided with a rotating part 31 rotatable about an axis in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the blade 23 relative to the contact part with the adjacent shroud 24.
