PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely place an amorphous sealant and to uniformly finish it even when a peeling band is formed along a groove of a connection part or when a decorative groove orthogonal to the groove is formed without being affected by that.SOLUTION: A leveling tool 10 includes: a depth direction guide part 11 provided with an abutting surface 11a to be abutted to the surface of an outer wall panel 1; a width direction guide part 12 provided with an abutting part 12a to both walls of a groove 2; and a spatula part 13 inserted to the groove 2 and having a distal end part shape corresponding to a prescribed joint shape. The abutting surface 11a of the depth direction guide part 11 has a length which is at least twice as long as the width of a decorative groove 30, and the abutting part 12a of the width direction guide part 12 is formed at a position deeper than the depth of the decorative groove 30.
