Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide closed-cell polyolefin resin foam that indicates superior hydrophilicity and retains the hydrophilicity over a long period of time and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: The closed-cell polyolefin resin foam is obtained by expanding an expandable resin material comprising (A) a polyolefin resin, (B) a silicate oligomer, (C) a blowing agent and (D) a crosslinking agent. The silicate oligomer (B) is a compound obtained by partially hydrolyzing and polymerizing a tetraalkylsilicate bearing a 1-4C alkyl group and the content thereof is 2-15 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of (A) the polyolefin resin.
