Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe for use with a medicine injector which enables accurate drug injection.SOLUTION: In the syringe for use with a medicine injector having a receiver for syringe cylinder, and a plunger receiver for syringe plunger which is displaced axially, the syringe includes: the syringe cylinder 2 having a floor portion 3 with an outlet 5 provided in the bottom, and a cylindrical plunger moving area 11 provided in the cylinder, and further having a device 8 provided at the top and held in the receiver; the syringe plunger 12 having a peripheral edge plunger seal 14 for circumferentially sealing the plunger moving area 11, and a connection piece 18 provided at the top and inserted into the plunger receiver; and a stopper device 14 located between the syringe cylinder 2 and the syringe plunger 12.
