PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal structure capable of applying to a loudspeaker with the same appearance as usual for improving a sound pressure in a high register.SOLUTION: A loudspeaker 1 comprises: a magnetic circuit body 70, 80, and 90; a voice coil 50 inserted in the magnetic circuit body; a frame 40 connected to the magnetic circuit body; and a cone type diaphragm 10. The inner periphery part of the cone type diaphragm 10 is connected with the voice coil 50, and the outer periphery part of the cone type diaphragm 10 is coupled with the frame 40 through an edge 20. The outer peripheral part of the cone type diaphragm 10 has a long circle or an ellipse, and the cone type diaphragm has a flat part 11 extended in the long axis direction of the long circle or the ellipse in the vicinity of the inner periphery part. The flat part 11 is parallel to a flat plane containing the long circle or the ellipse.
