Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device capable of achieving A/D conversion of a signal corresponding to a difference between first and second signals of each channel with a small circuit scale.SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a first multiplexer MUX1 which receives a first channel first signal VQ1 and a second channel first signal VQ2 and, during a first channel measurement period and a second channel measurement period, outputs the first channel first signal VQ1 and the second channel first signal VQ2 each as a first signal SG1, a second multiplexer MUX2 which receives a first channel second signal VR1 and a second channel second signal VR2 and, during the first channel measurement period and the second channel measurement period, outputs the signals VR1 and VR2 each as a second signal SG2, an amplifier circuit AMP which receives the first signal SG1 and the second signal SG2 and outputs a signal corresponding to a difference between the first signal SG1 and the second signal SG2, and an A/D converter ADC for executing A/D conversion for the output signal of the amplifier circuit AMP. |
