Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device that switches to all operation modes, even when a ventilating device having operation modes more than the conventional one is substituted and a conventional heating cooker is continually used.SOLUTION: The ventilating device includes: a first mode that uses a signal representing an operation state of the heating cooker 2 and a surface temperature of the heating cooker 2 to determine a ventilating air flow; a second mode that uses only the signal representing the operation state of the heating cooker 2 to determine the ventilating air flow; and a third mode that ignores an operation signal of the heating cooker 2 to set air flow manually. The device further includes an operation mode setter 12 for selecting one of the first to the third modes. As a result, the ventilating device that switches to all of the operation modes is obtained without replacement of the heating cooker 2.
