PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional base isolation device that can enhance a base isolation effect by smoothing vertical vibration, and can clarify a transmission mechanism of a horizontal force.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional base isolation device A which is interposed between an upper structure 5 and a lower structure 2, and exhibits base isolation effects to both vibration in a horizontal direction T1 and vibration in the vertical direction T2 of the upper structure 5 includes: a horizontal base isolation device 11 which is installed on the lower structure 2, and absorbs the vibration in the horizontal direction T1; a pedestal 12 which is installed on the horizontal base isolation device 11, and has a sidewall 12 extending in the vertical direction T2; a first vertical base isolation device 13 which is installed on the pedestal 12, and absorbs the vibration in the vertical direction T2; an interposing member 14 interposed between the first vertical base isolation device 13 and the upper structure 5; and a second vertical base isolation device 15 which is interposed between both ends of the horizontal direction T1 of the interposing member 14 and the sidewall 12b of the pedestal 12, and absorbs the vibration in the vertical direction T2.
