Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a powder coating in which a cured coating film excels in smoothness and mechanical properties, a powder coating using the same, and a coated article which has coating which is excellent in smoothness and mechanical properties.SOLUTION: The resin composition for a powder coating includes: a polyester resin (A) which is obtained by reacting a polybasic acid (a1), a polyhydric alcohol (a2), and a monovalent amine compound (a3) as indispensable raw material components, and has a terminal structure shown by general formula (1) (wherein R is a phenyl group, a phenyl group which has a 1-12 alkyl substituent, a 4-18 alkyl group, or a 6-18C cycloalkyl group), and in which the hydroxyl value is in the range of 10-80 mg-KOH/g; and an isocyanate curing agent (B).
