Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ink that has improved the speed of color degradation of natural coloring matter by addition of a free radical generator to the natural coloring matter.SOLUTION: The method for producing ink is provided, wherein the ink has improved the speed of color degradation of the natural coloring matter by addition of the free radical generator to the natural coloring matter. The free radical generator contains benzoyl peroxide. Furthermore, the speed of color degradation of the natural coloring matter is controlled by addition of an antioxidant to the natural coloring matter, wherein the antioxidant contains tocopherol.
