Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation where a belt-like rubber member 11 divides during work, and easily improve the work efficiency.SOLUTION: In the belt-like rubber member 11 before being loaded on a support base 46, creases 11b, 11a of mountain folds and valley folds are formed alternately at equal distances apart in the longitudinal distance by a crease forming means 38 so that only the creases are in the belt-like rubber member 11 and there is no part where the thickness of the belt-like rubber member 11 is reduced significantly. As a result, when loading the belt-like rubber member 11 on the support base 46 or when taking out the same from the support base 46, the belt-like rubber member 11 no longer divides and the work efficiency is improved.
