PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a positioning device that can make modification (positioning) not only in a horizontal direction but also in a vertical direction at low cost.SOLUTION: The positioning device includes a plurality of claws 2, 2... that can be inserted into an inner circumferential part of a reference hole 100a simultaneously. The plurality of claws 2, 2... are arranged at equal intervals in a circumferential direction in a planar view and movable in a radial direction in the inner circumferential part of the reference hole 100a. Each claw 2 includes a first positioning part 21 located between a middle part in a vertical direction and an upper end thereof and a second positioning part 22 located between a lower end of the first positioning part 21 and the lower side thereof. At the lower end of the first positioning part 21, a first slope 21b is formed so as to be inclined downward while closed to the center of the reference hole 100a. In the second positioning part 22, a horizontal surface 22a extended in a horizontal direction toward the inner circumferential surface side of the reference hole 100a from the lower end of the first slope 21b and a second slope 22b inclined downward from an extension end of the horizontal surface 22a while being separated from the center of the reference hole 100a are formed.
