Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass mower that alleviates the bent angle of a joint for connection between a fitting portion to be mounted to a tractor and a working portion for carrying out a grass mowing operation.SOLUTION: The grass mower includes the fitting portion 110 mounted to the tractor 200, a workin portion 150 connected to the fitting portion 110 so as to be offset and performing a grass mowing operation and the joint transmitting power from the tractor 200 between the fitting portion 110 and the working portion 150. The working portion 150 has an input shaft 161 connected to the joint 140, a transmission case 165 for supporting the input shaft 161, a grass mowing shaft 175 equipped with a grass mowing claw 176 and rotated by power transmitted from the transmission case 165, and a cover 151 for covering above the grass mowing shaft 175. The transmission case 165 is arranged at an upper part behind a central part 151a in the cross direction of the cover 151.
