Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve space saving on a circuit board for mounting main circuit components of an inverter device by improving the layout of the circuit components and a wiring structure between the components.SOLUTION: In an inverter device, an electromagnetic contactor 4, fuses 5 and input CTs 6 are disposed between a semiconductor module 3 and input terminal block 2, which are arranged at upper and lower ends of a circuit board 1. Busbars 7 connect the individual components in a crossover manner. The primary side terminals and secondary side terminals of the electromagnetic contactor 4 are disposed toward the input terminal block 2 and semiconductor module 3, respectively, and the fuses 5 and input CTs 6 are connected in series and arranged beside the electromagnetic contactor 4 in parallel. For an R phase and T phase going through the fuses and input CTs, power supply input terminals are connected with the secondary side terminals of the electromagnetic contactor by the busbars 7R-1 and 7T-1 in a crossover manner, respectively. The primary side terminals of the electromagnetic contactor 4 are connected with the fuses 5 by the busbars 7R-2 and 7T-2 in a crossover manner, respectively. Thereby, gaps between the electromagnetic contactor and the fuses are reduced to achieve space saving on the circuit board. |
