DATA MATCHING METHOD AND SERVICE PROVIDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate operations for synchronizing service order data in fault recovery.SOLUTION: When a file backup server 20 detects a fault recovery, the file backup server 20 transmits serial number information of the latest service order data among service order data held by the file backup server 20 to a subscriber accommodation server of a current system 10B, and the subscriber accommodation server 10B compares this serial number information with serial number information of the service order data held by itself. With this configuration, it can be determined whether the service order data held by the file backup server 20 is consistent with the service order data held by the subscriber accommodation server 10B. If they are not consistent, the consistency can be autonomously recovered by transmitting to the opposite server the service order data whose serial number information is inconsistent with the other one.
