PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure smooth management of individual money accommodating devices by an administrator or the like even if the arrangement, structure, the type of money to be accommodated or the like differs from device to device.SOLUTION: In a parking fee collecting machine, when in a managing mode, a guide picture displaying relative positional relationships in a housing among a plurality of money accommodating devices including a coin hopper, a coin paying-out device, a note paying-out device and the like is generated and displayed on a display screen 21A of a display device; also, the guide picture shows the types of coins to be accommodated in each accommodating section of the coin hopper and the coin paying-out device and relative positional relationships among the plurality of money accommodating devices.
