Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional imaging device in which a strap touches a hand when a holding part is held and it is hard to operate especially an operation part if an attachment part for attaching the strap is attached to a body part, though the attachment part for attaching the strap needs to be arranged so as not to interfere with photographing.SOLUTION: The imaging device of the present invention comprises: a body part to which a lens part is attached; and a handgrip part including a front leg part formed at an upper part of the front side of the body part, a rear leg part formed at an upper part of the back side of the body part, a handgrip holding part which joints the front leg part and the rear leg part and is gripped when the body part is held, and a pedestal part formed in front of the handgrip holding part. The pedestal part comprises a finger holding part for holding a thumb in a state where a photographer grips the pedestal part. The front leg part comprises an attachment part for attaching a strap. The finger holding part is provided so as to overlap with the attachment part when viewed from upside of the imaging device.
