Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately detect a current with simple configuration of a semiconductor apparatus including a sensor for detecting the current using a magnetoresistance effector.SOLUTION: A semiconductor apparatus includes: a substrate on which a semiconductor circuit is formed; a first wiring member disposed over the substrate; a vertical wiring member erected on the first wiring member; a second wiring member connected to the vertical wiring member and installed in parallel with the first wiring member; a first magnetoelectric transducer disposed while facing the vertical wiring member; a second magnetoelectric transducer opposing the first magnetoelectric transducer with the vertical wiring member therebetween; a first device wiring for connecting the first magnetoelectric transducer and the second magnetoelectric transducer in series; and a first amplifier circuit to which a midpoint of the first device wiring is inputted.
