Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a steel sheet containing 0.2 mass% or more Si and exhibiting excellent chemical conversion treatment properties throughout its length and width in an inexpensive manner.SOLUTION: When continuously annealing a steel sheet, three or more heating zones each equipped with a direct heating burner group are provided along a sheet passing direction in a direct heating furnace, wherein the steel sheet is heated to 400-600°C at an air ratio of the direct heating burner being 0.60-0.95 in one or more heating zones (A) on the most upstream side, the steel sheet is heated to 600-750°C at an air ratio of the direct heating burner being 1.05-1.25 in one or more heating zones (B) downstream therefrom, and the steel sheet is heated to 650-800°C at an air ratio of the direct heating burner being 0.60-0.95 in one ore more heating zones (C) on the most downstream side.
