Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indium oxide-based particle for forming a conducting film indicative of high transparency not only in the wavelength region of visible light but also in that of infrared light.SOLUTION: This tin/antimony-doped indium oxide particle has Sn/In molar ratio of 0.1-0.3 and Sb/In molar ratio of 0.03-0.4. This particle is obtained by adding an alkali in an aqueous solution containing an indium salt and a tin salt, then adding an aqueous solution containing an antimony salt and an acid to the solution and sintering the resultant precipitate in the atmosphere. |
