Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam dispenser that prevents water from staying in an air chamber thereof.SOLUTION: The foam dispenser 10 includes: an air piston 70 linking to the reciprocal motion of a head part 40 to reciprocally move in the air chamber A; and an air discharge opening 73A discharging air from the air chamber A to a bubble generator 80 is installed in the vicinity of the bottom part of the air chamber A, which sucks the outside air into the air chamber A expanded by the air piton 70 and discharges the air in the air chamber A contracted by the air piston 70 to the bubble generator 80.
