LIQUID DISCHARGE HEAD, AND IMAGE RECORDING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head having a nozzle array suppressing the occurrence of image defect due to striking interference.SOLUTION: When the relatively moving direction of a recording medium to a liquid discharge head is defined as a direction Y, and the width direction of the recording medium orthogonal to the direction Y is defined as a direction X, plural nozzle rows in which plural nozzles are rowed along a slant direction slanting with respect to the direction Y are provided in the direction X in the liquid discharge head. In the nozzle array, as for the scanning line of the direction Y corresponding to the pixel position of the direction X on the recording medium, line numbers are set in the continuously integral values in the line order of the direction X, and droplet striking is performed to the respective scanning lines continuously lining at a pixel interval in the direction X. In the case where X direction line is recorded on the recording medium by the striking droplet, when expressing the striking order of the droplet to each scanning line by the numerical sequence of the line number, a difference of the adjacent line numbers in the striking order becomes 2 or more.
