Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical machining device which can improve a workability of a boring workpiece even when a plurality of holes are non-linearly arranged, reduce cycle time and improve a positional accuracy of the holes.SOLUTION: In the electrochemical machining device 1, electrolyte is allowed to flow from an end of a tubular electrode rod 2 facing a workpiece X and a DC voltage is applied to a part between the end of the electrode rod 2 and the workpiece X to bore the workpiece X. The electrochemical machining device includes a plurality of grip portions 4 for holding the plurality of electrode rods 2 respectively, a rotating mechanism 5 which can apply an axial rotating force mutually synchronously to the plurality of grip portions 4 even when the plurality of grip portions 4 are non-linearly arranged, and a driving source 6 for driving the rotating mechanism 5.
