SYSTEM FOR DETECTION OF LASER BEAM MACHINING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detection of laser beam machining, which when remote laser beam machining is performed, detects whether the targeted laser beam machining is performed by a laser beam or not and enables the quality of the laser beam machining to be confirmed.SOLUTION: The system 1 for detection of laser beam machining includes: a robot 7 for moving an end effector 72 three dimensionally; a laser beam machining means 2 which is mounted on the end effector 72 and which emits the laser beam; a camera 3 which detects a visible light B generated when an object 8 to be machined is irradiated with the laser beam A to melt; a control means 6 for performing control of the robot 7 and also performing the control of the laser beam machining means 2; and a determining means 5 for determining the presence or absence of abnormality in the leaser beam machining. The determining means 5 determines for a plurality of machining setting positions 81 in block whether positions irradiated with the laser beam A which are stored in the control means 6 coincide with the generating positions of the visible light B which are detected with the camera 3 or not.
