PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body composition and weight measuring device which can improve the frequency of shortening a period of time required to measure the impedance and weight of the user.SOLUTION: The body composition and weight measuring device includes a first measuring part for measuring the impedance of a living body, and a second measuring part for measuring the weight of the living body. A period from the time when the measuring of the weight by the second measuring part is begun until the time when the change in weight is predicted to stabilize is assumed as a stability prediction period, and an impedance measurement is begun in the stability prediction period.
