PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor, a processing method and a communication system capable of connecting with a connection destination even under a situation where congestion is generated.SOLUTION: The processor which responds to a retrieval request with an address includes: an address conversion part for responding to a first retrieval request transmitted from a first server with a first address; and an alternative control part for controlling the address conversion part so as to respond to the first retrieval request with a second address instead of the first address when the address conversion part receives a second retrieval request requesting the second address from a second server.
