A second terminal of the jumper resistance is soldered to a rand 121d (a second rand). A first terminal of a light source (a second surface mount component)is soldered to a rand 121a (a third rand). A second terminal of the light source is soldered to a rand 121b (a fourth rand). The rand 121c and the rand 121d are placed between the rand 121a and the rand 121b.
