Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of securing the number of bills by respective denominations to be used as an operational reserve and improving processing efficiency in a closing process.SOLUTION: A cash depositing and dispensing device 1 comprises: a bill input/output port 12 to put in a bill; a reserve storage 15 to store bills by denominations to be used as a reserve; and a bill collection storage 16 to store the bills of proceeds. Standard storage numbers of the bills are preliminary set for storage of respective denominations in the reserve storage 15. In a receiving process, among the bills put in the bill input/output port 12, the bills to be used as a reserve are stored in the storage of respective denominations up to limits of the standard storage numbers and the bills not to be used for the reserve or bills exceeding the standard storage numbers are stored in the bill collection storage 16 up to a total sale proceeds, a sum of each sale proceed in the receiving process. Among the bills exceeding the total sale proceeds, the bills to be used as the operational reserve are stored in the storage of respective denominations.
