Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring method and an image measuring device that measure a large-sized structure through simple operation.SOLUTION: The image measuring method includes acquiring a picked-up image by imaging a pressure container 100 to be measured by a camera 2; correcting the picked-up image based upon camera parameters; extracting a reference circle 150 present on the same plane with a bolt hole 101 to be measured from the image for measurement having been corrected; estimating an imaging position of the camera 2 from the reference circle 150; detecting two bolt holes 101 from the image for measurement; and calculating the distance between the two bolt holes 101 based upon detected information and information on the imaging position.
