Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transmitting/receiving apparatus with which adhesion work is facilitated, and of which the strength is high and the waterproof shield property is improved.SOLUTION: Inside and outside a cushion attached to the outside of an ultrasonic transceiver, grooves 12 are provided into which an adhesive is poured, and the cushion is adhered to the ultrasonic transceiver by the adhesive injected to the grooves. By causing the adhesive to flow into the grooves, the adhesive is applied at a predetermined position without overflowing.
