Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roughening bit capable of simply removing convex portions in the vicinity of the bottom of a hole, which are conventionally difficult to remove.SOLUTION: An inventive roughening bit 1 is provided with a plurality of carbide chips 3a, of which tips protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the main body 2 outward in the radial direction, and also on the tip surface of the main body 2, a plurality of carbide chips 3b, of which tips protrude in the axial direction of the main body 2. Furthermore, on the outer peripheral surface of the main body 2, a plurality of recesses 5 having a shape like an inwardly gouged one are characteristically formed. In addition, in an inventive anchor construction method, convex portions remained in the vicinity of the bottom of a hole are cracked and chipped off by using the roughening bit 1.
