Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition used for an adhesive and a coating material for films of inner and outer surfaces of barrels and lids of laminate type beverage cans, food cans or the like.SOLUTION: The resin composition, used for an adhesive or a coating material of films for food cans, beverage cans or the like, comprises a polyester resin (A), a phenol resin (B), zinc oxide (C) and an epoxy resin (D) not containing bisphenol A. Thus, the formed coating film cures with extremely small heat energy to give a cured film having excellent adhesion, processability, retort resistance and corrosion resistance, and excellent flavor preservation and corrosion resistance to a specific content (emitting sulfur-based gases).
