Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic obtainable of a hairstyle having good settling properties while having a volume feeling in the vicinity of a parietal region.SOLUTION: The hair tonic includes: (A) 0.01-20 mass% of specific quaternary ammonium or a salt thereof; (B) 0.01-20 mass% of a specific ether type tertiary amine or a salt thereof; (C) 0.005-6 mass% of a specific branched fatty acid or a salt thereof; (D) 0.05-10 mass% of an aromatic sulfonate; and water. The mass ratio (C)/(D) of the component (C) and the component (D) is 0.05-1.
