Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank mounting structure for a vehicle that lowers the level of noise in a vehicle interior due to the sloshing of a fuel stored in a fuel tank.SOLUTION: The structure includes a rear floor panel 122 forming a rear part floor, a first cross member 120 disposed in front of and under the rear floor panel 122 and extending in a vehicle width direction, mounting brackets 124 and 126 bonded so as to protrude to a rear side of the first cross member 120, a fuel tank abutting on a rear surface of the mounting bracket 124 and an undersurface of the rear floor panel 122 via a resilient pad members 142a and 142b, a second cross member 144 disposed rearward of the fuel tank 102 and extending in the vehicle width direction, and mounting belts 136 and 138 put from the mounting bracket 124 and 126 across the cross member 144 and fastening and fixing the fuel tank 102.
