Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle riding vehicle provided with an anti-theft device having good radio wave receiving property and reducing the cost.SOLUTION: The motorcycle includes a storage box 61R openable to a vehicle horizontal direction. A tray member 82 is attached rotatably to an undersurface 74u of a ceiling of the storage box via a hinge 190, while the anti-theft device 83 is attached on the tray member 82. When attached along the undersurface 74u of the ceiling, the tray member 82 includes a blind member 85 extending to the top of the vehicle higher than an upper surface of the anti-theft device 83.
