Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that though it takes a long time for seasoning enough by a seasoning liquid in the conventional impregnation method for the seasoning liquid to foods, possibly there are some cases that the impregnation is impossible, and methods which add pressure to foods immersed in the seasoning liquid, dehydrate moisture of foods, etc., had been thought, an apparatus and equipment to carry out a treatment to foods become large, costs increase, a commercial production is not exactly suitable, and further, it is not necessarily the case that a rapid and uniform osmosis of the seasoning liquid is carried out.SOLUTION: It becomes possible to impregnate the foods with the seasoning liquid used for seasoning the foods in a short time by a treatment by a micro-nanobubble generating apparatus, and particularly, it becomes possible to accelerate the impregnation of an umami component except salinity. Further, since this is different from an addition of a treatment to the foods to carry out a treatment to the seasoning liquid, the apparatus and equipment are simple, the costs can be reduced, and energy saving is possible. |
