Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional monitoring control system at a control station that data transmitted from power plants, substations, and dams are made into messages and sound according the kind of information by individual monitoring control devices and therefore the sound, images, and records separately have a predetermined behavior, so every time a change occurs in equipment or location of operation, a database must be revised for alarms, indications, and the like.SOLUTION: Countermeasures to a change in equipment or location of operation can be facilitated by transmitting data such as a state change in power plants and substations in an integrated format to systems such as ones in control stations, then handling alarms, indications, and recording with an integrated message processing scheme in systems such as ones in control stations. Also monitoring control in control stations or the like can be ensured by properly grasping a change in location of operation control and the time of a state change. |
