Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge lamp lighting-up device capable of electrically connecting between grounding potential on an electrical circuit of a printed-circuit board and a metal case without having enlargement and cost increase and fixing the printed circuit board, and securing an insulation performance between the metal case and a charge section including quality variations during manufacturing, and a lighting fixture equipped with the discharge lamp lighting-up device.SOLUTION: In the discharge lamp lighting-up device 10 and the lighting fixture equipped with the discharge lamp lighting-up device 10, the metal case 11 has a screw hole with a fixed height at a side face of the metal case 11, and prepares a cut and raised face 17 in parallel with the printed-circuit board 18. The cut and raised face 17 can be used both as fixing of the printed-circuit board 18 by screwing the printed-circuit board 18 by pinching it and electrical connection between grounding potential as the electronic circuit on the printed-circuit board 18 and the metal case 11.
