Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of an on-vehicle wire harness with high corrosion prevention effect.SOLUTION: In an end region of a cable 10, a caulked part 1A formed at one end of a terminal fitting 1 is caulked along an outer circumference of a coated part of the cable 10, and the terminal fitting 1 is fixed at an end portion of the cable 10. A resin part 20 is formed so as to completely cover an entire outer circumference of at least an exposed end region of the caulked part 1A (a region including a cut face 1r and a base edge portion 1e) and its surrounding region. The resin part 20 includes thermoplastic polyamide resin as a main component and is composed of a material in which a tensile shear strength of superimposed aluminium measured in accordance with JIS K6850 is 6 N/mmor more, an elongation percentage measured in accordance with ASTM D-1708 is 100% or more, and a water absorption measured in accordance with JIS K7209 is 1.0% or less.
