PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which can improve the motivation for a user to wake up at a scheduled time, an information registration method for browsing and a program.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a snooze button; an alarm stop button; alarm processing means for outputting an alarm at an alarm time that is a scheduled wakeup time, interrupting alarm output for a predetermined time when the snooze button is operated during the output of the alarm, performing alarm output again thereafter, stopping the alarm output when the alarm stop button is operated during the alarm output, and stopping re-output of the alarm after the alarm interruption when the alarm stop button is operated during the alarm interruption; calculation means for calculating a wakeup index on the basis of the operation frequency of the snooze button from the alarm output start to the alarm stop button operation when the alarm output stop or alarm re-output stop is executed; and registration means for registering the wakeup index in a server as information for browsing.
