Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencer for a laminated leaf spring capable of making both compatible in improving strength of a projection part and preventing generation of an abnormal sound, and capable of reducing the number of part items by facilitating manufacture and simplifying a structure.SOLUTION: This silencer 1 is arranged between end parts of plate springs 101 and 102 of the laminated leaf spring 100 of Fig.1. The silencer 1 has a two-layer structure constituted of integrally molded fixed layer 11 and sliding layer 21. The fixed layer 11 has the projection part 12 forming an engaging part 13 in a tip part. The fixed layer 11 fixed to the fixed side plate spring 101 is larger in tensile strength than the sliding layer 21. The sliding layer 21 abutting on the sliding side plate spring 102 is lower in hardness than the fixed layer 11. The projection part 12 of the fixed layer 11 can have sufficient strength against shearing force. In the sliding layer 21, the abnormal sound is hardly generated, and even when a load transmission part of the end part of the sliding side plate spring 102 is partially loaded, the generation of the abnormal sound can be restrained. |
