Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an oil passage and an breather passage with high degree of freedom such that they do not interfere with each other.SOLUTION: The oil passage 49 for supplying oil for lubrication is formed in the attaching face of the base member 31 of the actuator housing abutting on cylinder head. However two grooves 31g, 31h constituting the part at of the breather passage communicating the inside of the motor chamber to the outside of the actuator housing are formed so as to sandwich the oil passage 49 in the attaching face, the two grooves 31g, 31h are communicated with each other via the breather chambers C2, C3 formed between the base member 31 and the gear housing, thereby the two grooves 31g, 31h separated by the oil passage 49 are communicated by the breather chamber C2, C3 without problem, and the degree of freedom for arranging the oil passage 49 and the breather passage can be raised.
