Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release-controlled local administration agent sustaining continuously a medicine releasing direction in a body local portion and release thereof, for a desired fixed period, by only one administration into the body, and allowing removal from the body after the objective use period.SOLUTION: This release-controlled local administration agent is an agent applied in the body, where a micro-capsule, of at least one medicine, using a polylactic acid or a copolymer of lactic acid and glycolic acid is sealed into a space surrounded by a regenerated cellulose membrane or a regenerated cellulose porous membrane, to be usable without requiring decomposition of a regenerated cellulose.
